Quality Assurance

In VIXON GAS we know that quality assurance is a process and effort that has to be done by everyone in all activities.

Quality assurance is a continuous process that supposes:

  • to identify the customer needs
  • to deliver products and services in accordance with the customer needs and standards
  • to receive a feed-back from the customer regarding the company’s products and services
  • to analyze the customer reaction and take necessary corrective measures and plans in order to improve the performance of the products and services

In order to ensure the quality of the LPG products VIXON GAS follows these steps:

  1. Products are checked during the expedition from the refinery
  2. Products are checked during the reception in the terminal
  3. Products are checked 2 times a year according to the surveillance program from R.A.R (Romanian Automobile Registry)in the authorized RENAR laboratories for the analysis of the LPG products

In order to ensure the quality of the services VIXON GAS follows these steps:

  1. Identifies and presents to the potential customers the services they need
  2. Establishes with the client the working procedures for providing  the necessary services
  3. Checks the efficiency of the staff and equipment related to the provided services
  4. Optimizes working scheme
